Here at Moss and Burrows, our coffees, speciality beverages and sweet delicacies are all sourced as locally as possible. Community is very important to us - that's why sustainable country Victorian providers are always preferred.
We source all our milk from Inglenook Dairy, who only sell natural milk free of additives that tastes the way milk should and is sustainably produced.
Our famous Pumpkin Pie and Lindzor Torte are baked locally by the amazing Linda and uses biodynamic Emmer Wheat which is hand-ground, fresh to bake.
In order to obtain our world famous Turmeric Latte, we had to go further afield than country Victoria - Nature's Harvest is based in Cottesloe, Western Australia - but we think the exception is justified.
Last, but not least, all our coffee is provided by Brewhouse Coffee in Bendigo using specially selected beans which are then roasted in small batches daily and hand-packed for freshness.
